Instructor Training Program Europe North October 2022
Let’s kick off the year with the right ambition 🙂 Join the free, remote Instructor Training again starting in October!
When inviting instructors for this semester, it is important to make sure that everyone understands the aims and results of the training. Instructor training is different from student training:
- Instructor training is a preparation for a teacher to start teaching a specific Networking Academy course. The main part of the training consists of briefings, demonstrations, and didactic tips (20%). Self-study and personal work is required outside the online sessions (80%).
- At the end of the training, there is a formal part consisting of a final exam (conceptual) and a skills exam (practical). A participant who passes the exams will earn the accreditation to teach the course. For this second part, a proctor level instructor trainer will be involved.
Please follow both steps 1 and 2 for registering:
1. Register
Acquire your Instructor Accreditation for CCNA, CCNP, Networking Security, CyberOps Associate, DevNet Associate, Python or our newly featured course Cloud Security. After you have registered, make sure to make a reservation in your own calendar yourself.

2. Spread the news!
Do you know an instructor that could possibly teach IT via the NetAcad Program? Refer a new instructor and earn your NetAcad Ambassador badge now! Please share this invite with all your colleagues and peers in your network, at your own school or at any other educational institute. Or give them a call, telling them about the Networking Academy Program and the role they could have being an instructor. And keep in mind: there is a broad courses portfolio to offer: from networking, to security and programmability.
New instructors are welcome on any educational level, starting from secondary school, as the program offers courses on all levels, from introductory to advanced/University level.
The economy and society ask for more IT instructors to contribute to the needed IT workforce of the future. The digitization of your country goes fast: we hope we can count on you! Once the new instructor has been onboarded, you will earn your digital Cisco NetAcad Ambassador badge!
- All instructors can use the same link: Register for your Instructor Training here
- Please make sure that the new referred instructor sends me an email indicating name, contact details, educational institute.
